Refund Policy

All course and mentorship purchases are final. Absolutely no refunds are provided for courses or mentorships, except where required by applicable law.
Psychic readings: all sales are final
All psychic-reading sales are final. Absolutely no refunds are given for psychic readings.
A psychic reading is not a customized wish-fulfillment service, and it is not a scripted answer written to match what a customer hopes to hear. When you purchase a reading, you are paying for the reader’s dedicated time, focus, energy, training, experience, and spirit-guided insight.
Readings are offered to provide clarity, truth, and guidance. Sometimes the message received is not the one a customer hoped for. An unexpected, unwelcome, or difficult message is still a completed reading and is not grounds for a refund.
Rescheduling readings
Readings may be rescheduled, but they are not refunded. If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, you may request a new appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reading must be rescheduled, and the amount paid will be applied to the rescheduled reading. Contact Magikal Divinations to arrange a new date and time.
No-shows and late arrivals
Missing a reading without notice is treated as a cancellation within 24 hours. No refund will be issued, and the reading must be rescheduled. A late arrival may shorten the session so later appointments can begin on time.
Cancellation by Magikal Divinations
If Magikal Divinations must cancel a reading, the reading will be rescheduled at a time that works for the customer, at no additional cost.
Spellwork and Ritual Services Policy
All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all payments for spellwork, ritual workings, and related magikal services are final and non-refundable. This applies whether or not the ritual has been performed. By purchasing a ritual service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Ritual workings are handcrafted spiritual services that may involve preparation, materials, focused intention, and spiritual labor. They are not physical products that can be returned.
What Ritual Work May Include
Depending on the service selected, ritual work may involve hand-selected herbs, candles, incense, tools, intention-setting, grounding, and the reader’s time, focus, training, experience, intuition, and spiritual practice. The specific materials and methods may vary by working.
Timing and Manifestation
Spellwork does not operate on an instant timeline. Any perceived results may unfold differently for each person, and timing can vary. Some people may notice changes quickly; for others, changes may take longer or may not be apparent.
No Guaranteed Results
Ritual services are offered as spiritual practices and guidance. No specific outcome, person’s actions, or timeframe is promised or guaranteed. Payment is for the time, preparation, materials, and spiritual service—not for a guaranteed result.
Respect for the Craft
Spellwork is sacred work that deserves care and respect. Please choose a service thoughtfully and understand its description before purchasing. This policy applies to ritual workings and spellwork; other services are subject to their own stated policies.
Shop Refund and Return Policy
All sales from the Magikal Divinations shop are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations are accepted.
Any exception is considered case by case and may be granted only at Magikal Divinations’ discretion. Contacting us about an order does not guarantee a refund, return, exchange, or other resolution.
If you believe an item arrived damaged, contact us with your order information and provide both clear photos and a video showing the damaged item so we can review your request. Damage claims submitted without both photo and video evidence may not be reviewed. Providing evidence does not guarantee a refund or other resolution; any exception remains at Magikal Divinations’ discretion, to the extent permitted by law.
This policy applies to shop purchases only. Readings, ritual workings, and mentorship courses are covered by their respective policies.
