Spiritual and educational services
Readings, spell work, mediumship, mentorships, meditations, and related content are offered for spiritual guidance, education, and personal reflection. Results are not guaranteed. These services do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Bookings and payments
Prices and service details are shown at the time of purchase. A booking is confirmed only after payment and appointment confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available at the agreed time.
Cancellation and refunds
The Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. All psychic-reading sales are final and absolutely no refunds are given. Readings may be rescheduled as described in the Cancellation Policy. All course and mentorship purchases are final and absolutely no refunds are provided, except where required by applicable law.
Spellwork and Ritual Services Policy
All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all payments for spellwork, ritual workings, and related magikal services are final and non-refundable. This applies whether or not the ritual has been performed. By purchasing a ritual service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Ritual workings are handcrafted spiritual services that may involve preparation, materials, focused intention, and spiritual labor. They are not physical products that can be returned.
What Ritual Work May Include
Depending on the service selected, ritual work may involve hand-selected herbs, candles, incense, tools, intention-setting, grounding, and the reader’s time, focus, training, experience, intuition, and spiritual practice. The specific materials and methods may vary by working.
Timing and Manifestation
Spellwork does not operate on an instant timeline. Any perceived results may unfold differently for each person, and timing can vary. Some people may notice changes quickly; for others, changes may take longer or may not be apparent.
No Guaranteed Results
Ritual services are offered as spiritual practices and guidance. No specific outcome, person’s actions, or timeframe is promised or guaranteed. Payment is for the time, preparation, materials, and spiritual service—not for a guaranteed result.
Respect for the Craft
Spellwork is sacred work that deserves care and respect. Please choose a service thoughtfully and understand its description before purchasing. This policy applies to ritual workings and spellwork; other services are subject to their own stated policies.
Course and mentorship access
Course and mentorship materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use. Access may not be shared, resold, copied, recorded, reposted, distributed, or used to create competing materials. Access may be suspended for unauthorized sharing, misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
Products and shipping
Product colors, scents, ingredients, packaging, and handmade details may vary slightly. Customers must provide a complete shipping address. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside Magikal Divinations’ control.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for deciding how to use any information received. Do not use the website or services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. A minor may purchase or book only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Intellectual property
The website design, branding, written materials, videos, audio, course lessons, graphics, and original content belong to Magikal Divinations or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magikal Divinations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, spiritual services, or educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
